Exclamation New to Cohens and need some help
Hi,

I am new to cohens and currently on day 3. The food is good and I like it enough, but today I've had to leave work due to my horrible stomach pains! I've eaten everything correctly, and i've been drinking about 2.5 litres of water a day.

has anyone else had stomach aches? do they go away if I persevere?

please help, I'm excited to be slim so I can have a baby, I don't want to quit!!

Welcome. You are currently going through detox and also your stomach maybe cramping up due do to the fewer calories and also the quality of food (all natural).
If it persists see you consultant asap.
