Rep Power: 0 | | | Just Starting Hi All,
I went for my first bloodtest yesterday & im looking forward to getting my results next week. I weigh 110kg & my goal is to get down to 75 to 80 I have tried every diet known to man & more. I have a wife who is a radical fitness instructor & a size 8, it is very intimidating (hope this is correct spelling) for me to walk into her work with her so the time has come to get serious about my weightloss. This is the also the first blog i have ever used so I hope I dont stuff it up. I will be looking to this site for support as there is no clinic anyware near were I live, I would realy like to hear from other blokes on the program to see how they are getting along.
Bye for now

Rep Power: 7583 | | | Moony, I won't apologise for being female but being obese or overweight isn't sex specific. I, too weighed what you now weigh(a tad more). I am currently 80kg but am planning on getting back to 75kg (I thought I weighed 69kg but my scales were inaccurate as it turns out!!), as per a 5kg challenge, starting next Monday. Cohen's is the only way as far as I'm concerned. There are no other men on this thread of the forum (that post anyway!) but don't let that put you off. There may be men who read our posts but I'm not sure. We may be women, but are not such a "girlie" lot & I know, I for one, am not sexist. As I said being overweight is not sex specific. You will get support here & no criticism. We are all in the same boat. There is no right or wrong with us as to how you post. All the best & cheers, Cate.

Lots of guys on that one and the support yoiu get from fellow cohenites in here or there is always sooooo beneficial. motivating, inspiring, invaluable.....the list goes on.
Good luck when you start, the program is easy,as long as you stick to it 100%, you can't go wrong, the weight will just drop off.
