Welcome to the forum.... Good luck for Wednesday!!
I have only just started and am on week 2... It has been a hard week but well worth the results. I have been working from home a lot the last week and so sitting in has made it harder for me!! But now on week 2 and today is feeling good!!

All i can say is prepare for the big day!!! lol
I had been given sooo many tips from people on here about prep for the big day and i followed them all and i am glad i did!!!

I am looking forward to hearing more from you!!!

Sorry I have been so quiet lately things have been really hectic
although I have stayed true to my program and weight loss has been great
since the last time I posted on here. As at the end of 16 weeks my weightloss was 27kg. I am now starting my 17th week on cohens and loving it. Truly holding thumbs for myself that I will be slim and beautiful for the first time in about 12 years this coming summer. I really cannot wait to wear clothes in smaller sizes sometimes I wish the weight loss would go even faster
but now I think that I should be thankfull for what I have accomplished thus far.
I am 32 yrs old, am a single parent of a 5 yr old boy but I do have a loving
and supportive partner, we are from Cape Town and spring seems to be coming late this year as the weather is really cold and gloomy. Hope you guyz are going well on your weight loss journeys

Hi Missy, It's great to hear that you are doing so well. It is excellent that you have a supportive partner as it makes the program much easier if we have support rather than people trying to sabotage us. Our other SA gals seem to have dropped off our radar a bit lately. We're heartily sick of the wintry weather as well. We have gone from drought to the wettest winter in decades, here in Tasmania. Crazy world! Keep up the good work & hears to you being in beautiful summer clothes in small sizes! Cheers, Cate

I guess we all are so busy with our own lives it is rather difficult to keep posting. But on a good note I have lost 40 kg in 5.5 calendar months...gotta be happy with that still need to lose more though about 10 - 15kg and truly wanted to achieve this before the summer holidays but my shape is good. I bought my first size 10 jean ever and I mean ever so I am hoping that by xmas
I will fit comfortably in a size 8 ...Gotta wait and see. I have also been doing
slimline sessions for flabbiness and it seems to be going very well the inches
are flying off me. I still believe that this is the most difficult thing I ever had to do for myself but it is paying off. I hope all of you are still blazing your guns.
Think about it we no why we are here in the first place and we have all the correct tools to make this work and if it fails it is because we failed ourselves...and that is so not worthit cos we already no what it feels like to not be happy with our body and have others ridicule us. It is our time to be slender, confident, happy and beautifull. You no the other day I saw an extended family member who was always slim and trim for her height. She once sent me a fax to my place of work with a picture of a women sitting on a chair with fat dripping off from her saying that I am a blob and that she is my worst nightmare....WELL!! Today SHE is the blob and I can confidently say
that she weighs about +/- 35 kilos more than me. She had the nerve to ask me what I did to lose this weight....and I said to her well I just got tired of being the blob guess you scooped up my excess fat... and I carried on walking my merry old way.....and this is one of the reasons I will not allow myself to fail after all I know what chocolate, cheesecake, pies, crisps...etc taste like so it really is no big deal after all it's not gonna dissappear off the face of the earth...It will still be there and moderation will be the order of every day...

Missy L, you're doing wonderfully!!!!! I am so excited about your weight loss You're probably looking and feeling great, well worth all the sacrifices. Where do you go for your slimline sessions? I'd like to try it as well, at the moment I'm doing Powerplate which helps with toning and is not as vigorous as going to the gym. I too have 10kg still to lose and am praying I make it to refeeding. You're such an inspiration, please don't stop what you're doing. Tell me, how did you get through temptations or are you just mentally strong? Where are you situated?
