I am a 25 female from Perth, Australia.

I am about to do Cohen's for the second time. About 2 years ago I did Cohen's and lost over 30kg. I weighed over 100kg and got down to 73kg which is excellent as I am 6 foot tall! I kept it off for nearly a year but my life circumstances changed and unfortunately I didn't maintain my lifestyle and 20kg has crept back on.

Has anyone done Cohen's for a second time with success?

Welcome and Congrats on losing so much weight first time around and keeping it off for almost a year, great effort!
Good luck with it all second time around, get yourself into that Cohen zone and watch the weight just drop off.

Yes I have lost weight the 2nd and 3rd time around with Cohens. You just have to completely rezone to get back on plan which is what I am finding hard. I need to lose 6kg to get me to my post refeed weight of 63kg but is a struggle.
