Rep Power: 13 | | | sassysapphire86 Did I ever say that the serving for meiji is twice of Hup Seng? Is it written in your program book? Mine was distinctively mentioned by Peter to me when he was explaining my program to me. I wrote it down in pencil on my book. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Great News For Me!!! Hi All,
Its so fabulous to see that all of you are really doing so well!!!
My blood test results are out yesterday and Peter called me!!! and I have very good news!!! My sugar level in the blood have halfed since I am on the interim program!!! i am just 22 points off a normal person!!! and the consultant have commented that I am doing great!!! And I might be able to go on the actual Cohen program after my 4th week blood test!!!
I have been good... not going on the weighing scale until my 4th week... I really hope to be able to stop myself from going on the weighing scale!!!
I missed the meet up that was being arranged.. when is the next meet up?? |

Rep Power: 0 | | HI DeDe23: Congrats on the loss! 8.12kg in 4 weeks is not a small feat. Even if it looks like little compared to what everyone else is losing, you know the sacrifices you’ve had to make to get to this point. Well done!! Sassysapphire86: You’ve done so well, girl! So proud of you. Setting a goal and actually reaching it is such a high!. So happy for you……..keep up the great work and hope we can meet up soon! Reload72: Thanks for the info on the Sprite Zero! Finally some variation to the soft drinks! Bam: Great to see your tickers up! |

Peter also wrote for me that Meijie is twice the servings of Hup Seng. But thats not what im asking. Im asking, since we are allowing a serving of 2 Hup seng crackers at one time, wouldnt that mean we are allowed 4 meijie crackers as an alternative? But also in a previous post of yours, you mention you only had 3. So was just wondering about the discrepancy. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Hi guys! Wow the pages on this forum fill up quickly!
I've been on the program for a week and four days. Unfortunately I deviated twice, so I've been trying to be extra careful this week. All your tips are really helpful (espec the ticker info, posted by beebee and Jr_Mint. I hope mine is up!). It's great to see everyone so positive, mostly all if not all the posts are upbeat, friendly, and show everyone helping eachother which is great team spirit!
So anyways, I cheated today to look at the scales, and it says I lost 10 pounds... does this make sense? For Ozzies this is about 4.5 kilos, unfortunately in America they don't go by kilos but by now I've kind of figured out the pound situation.
I still can't believe it - 4.5 kilos in a week and a half? That's sooo much! I am a bit shocked, I do feel a difference, but not such a difference, I really think the scales are lying - I don't want to get my hopes up but right now i am totally euphoric!
Good luck for the weekend |

Rep Power: 0 | | Wow, so many posts in just the few days that I din drop by. So much reading to catch up on. And I miss the gathering too, fornight, you still haven't tell me which email u send it to coz I never received any email regarding the gathering. Anyway, hope to be able to join you guys for the next gathering.
Alot of things happening in my life at the moment, just tendered my resignation and dunno why all of a sudden job offers kept pouring in at the last minute. Still haven't make up my mind which one I am going to take up. Deviate once this month and its not under forced circumstance but sort of I just let myself do it. Oh well, no point crying over split milk. Must concentrate.
By the way, does any of you notice that there are stubborn fats at a particular area which just doesn't seem to come off? According to my weekly measurement, I have lost inches everywhere except for the arm, so despite my body getting smaller, I still have big arms. Is seriously thinking of buying the u-zap to help get rid of the fats in my arm. Anyone of you tried? Is it any good?
Hope everyone is doing fine. =) |

i don't recognise most of you here , but for those who remeber me ....hello
I've been away for 5 weeks house sitting in the most beautiful house but i'm glad to be home.
Hope everyone has been well.
My weight is continuing to drop , i had a slow 3 weeks while i was getting over the 70's down into the 60's, but i'm well and truly there and loving it.
My patients and friends dont recognise me, i've cut my hair short( it was 1/2 way down my bac) and dark brown. I've gone cropped and blonde!
I'm ordering my refeed at 64 so not long to go now.
I have a wedding and a work function to get through still but it'll be ok. Every kilo is just a formality now, i'm just sticking to it untill its time.
Let me know how you all are doing.
I missed you all |

Is it any good? | My consultant told me that often the arms are the last place you loose weight from...Don't know why or if it is true for everyone, but that was her experience and she said that it is true for most people. I too have had the least loss (cm-wise) off my arms. I have no idea what a 'u-zap' is but I'm guessing that I've never tried it! | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
