well vicky, i am no veteran, but our
goal weights are the same... I however had 51.8kg to drop and have already had 4 children... I try to believe my own words.."its all in the packaging".. They are my pearls of wisdom for everyone else... ha ha ha

.. But i too share your worry and concern over the skin.. I have been reminded by some lovely post cohens people, that the skin continues to tone after the program, the human growth hormone continues to work after refeed..... Just as Cate has informed you.. Obviously being younger and no children will help your
body adjust much better..
I did
stress over what i may look like, but i have decided that is something i can work on once i have completed my
goal, no point scaring myself out of it before i have reached it...
i know you may well think, at least you have a husband but I have known my husband intimately since i was 15... i am now 30.. I am not exactly the catch he bargained on... ha ha ha ha... Its is still hard for us married couples too... love may be blind, unfortunately my reflection is crystal clear...
Oh Vicky, dont settle for a comfy, easy weight, honest it wont be as satisfying as reaching your ultimate
goal... Push yourself... I know you can do it... we can do it.. I cant wait to be living it up on the scales in the 70's.. Does that even make sense.. ha ha ha...
Dont settle for second best... You are worth first place...
Take care have a great Valentines Day..
