OK I'm done...

I've had my plan for a little while now and I've been procrastinating for just as long....but today my jeans are too tight and my top is riding up over my tummy and I look like I'm pregnant...and I've had enough...

I"m not going to procrastinate another nanosecond.

SO my breakfast was not Cohens.... My lunch and dinner and snacks and anything else that passes through my lips will be from this moment on.

I'm sick of it all. SO there's no point in waiting... I've got the food and I'm on the case....

Hi Girlinawhirl- I love your pen-name! Enough of that procrastination. It gets you nowhere. Tell us a bit about yourself. How much do you have to lose? We'll provide you with some support & try to answer your questions. Comitting 100% is the go with Cohen's. If you do that you will be at goal in no time at all. Make sure you drink between 2-3 litres of water each day & get lots of sleep. All the best, Cate
