Rep Power: 13 | | | Yeeee haaaa...... Its in.. My program is in.. iam so excited.. My appointment is at 5.30 this afternoon.. my mums too... yippee...So no more excuses or deviations... We are hoping to make it through until January 10th ( mums 50th ) without any compromises...
Re; Bridezilla :0)...
If anything her behaviour and comments have made me more resolved then i was before... :0P
Hubby is due to fly out this afternoon, so i have a busy and long day ahead of me... Camp what a food overload... I, as always left organising myself to the last minute and did not have time to make my meals... Mistake... I failed.... They ate 5 meals a day.. it all revolved around eating... i was good i tried to stick 3 meals a day.. and small servings... I cant believe that they classed sausages as protien.. yuk yuk.. all salads had dressings.. carb overload... but otherwise it was good, exhausting.. the beach was lovely... Chaparoning was not that hard but i promptly fell asleep when i got home.. it was nice to come home.. My hubby suprised me with a new front garden.. well 2/3rds of a front yard.. It was nice.. i cant wait for everything to grow.. the rest will be done next roster home... i hope..
Well i better catch up on everyones postings... Goodluck to you all... and a big thanks for all your support...Hopefully i can post this afternoon with my new program in hand......
Yipee
The power you have... wisely use it.... you must..

Congratulations on getting the new program and good luck. Re...the Bridezilla, I think she sounds like she is in a panic that you are going to be smaller than her at her wedding. I think she is seeing how focused you are and is anticipating the results. If she is a true friend, when she gets over the stress of the wedding she will be delighted. If she's not I would certainly question her reasons for the friendship.
You won't know yourself with a child free day. For the first few days my youngest went to school, I walked around the house in circles and and didn't know what to do with myself. It doesn't take long to find things to do though!!
Take care.

6 months, thats a bit cheap!! My program was for 18 months. You can do it in 6 months, no problems. Just focus, focus, focus.
I started this time on 16th May2008 so I have been going for nearly 6 months but have had a few deviations on the way and could probably have done it faster if I had been 100% the whole way.
They should have different contract times for different people. If someone only has to lose 10kg or so it is perfectly feasible for them to have a 6 month contract but if you have to lose 40 or 50 kgs then thats a different story.
But... the good thing is that it will make you more determined!!
You can do it.
Just think by May next year you will be skinny!!!!!!
Good luck

Rep Power: 13 | | | Blah blah blah.... i do go on.... Thanks Beck... OMG ... pack me too and take me with you to queensland... theme parks galore..... heaven... No pressure...
i am looking forward to going to Aadventure World at some point over the summer its a far cry from the gold coast but it has been many a year since i have been there.... Bathers here i come........ hopefully by the time school starts i should be about the 80kg mark.... i will not be deviating for my mums birthday now..... at least i dont think i will .... I really cant afford the deviations...... I too think 6 months is a little on the cheap side but i do need a swift kick up the bum and if i follow the program 100% it can be done....Deviations are not an option....
I am glad to hear that there is some good news in your world... I hope that everything works out for the best....
Now because i have been naughty with the camp and my take away last night i have to change my ticker... unfortunatley not to a lower number... but that shant last i shall re weigh in a week and then try and leave any future weighings until clinic... ha ha ha ha.... wish me luck.....
oh well nearly time for me to make lunch.. so i better log off... halfway through day 1..... i have to weigh and bag my protien and organise my menu.. I cant believe how much has changed since i did my program... my new program is not hugely different from my last one but it certainly isnt the same....
well i better go..

Rep Power: 13 | | | my tickers changed... Yes it happened, i finally broke the 100's i was 99.1kg this morning and (as i suspected) 99.9kg this afternoon.... i havent been under 100kg in about 4 years.....
I promise i will pack the weighing in on tuesday....
I love my new program, i wish now i had started it 2 months ago.. but i am in a better frame of mind now...
Well hubby was transferred to wiluna... now wiluna is shutting up, he was on his 2nd week... most of his workmates got the sack but luckily... as soon as hubby had arrived they transferred him out, so he will be going to hyden in another fortnight.. 2 weeks forced holidays so fingers crossed they dont shut down rigs there too... but i will not pack this in... i wont save any money by not doing my plan, i will only have lost money because i paid for it and wont use it... so regardless of the future cohens is a constant...
any way i need to go to bed and sleep...
goodluck every one and i look forward to reading some fresh posts....

Rep Power: 0 | | Wow Chelle you have lost sooo much weight this week while i was not checking the forum! congratulations!
i've been down with food poisoning so... totally fell off the bus. feel upset and cheated though that my "falling of the bus" didn't include anything that i would eat voluntarily..... just glucose and electrolytes and plain bread. oops i'm going to try to keep my grumpiness to my own grumpy thread. anyway, just wanted to say hi i'm back. thanks for your dropping by my thread.

Rep Power: 59 | | Chelle, Whatever happens with your husband's job you need to stick to the program 100% for your sake. You know how much better you feel when you are in control. We are all much more capable of dealing with problems when we are focussed & positive and nurturing our bodies with healthy Cohen's food. You know you can do it. Tell yourself every day. You are so worth it! You deserve to be slim. Every time you feel stressed have a drink of water. Stress will never go away but the fat can & will. Thanks for your support in my diary. Take care, Cate. |
