?How long can you last with out a deviation?

Now i cannot tell a lie, i came a cross a "deviation free" posting and thought it was a great idea for our forum...

Postings to commence 13/11/08 and finish 30/11/08 additional rounds will be 14 days

*Please post starting weights
*If you deviate post your weight the following day.
*Deviators can continue to post but can not claim bragging rights for the round.
* First round please include any previously accumulated deviation free days

17 days of no deviations - have not deviated since i started the plan!!! how high is my brag quotient or does this only work after a couple of months on the plan!!!

Max66 well i am new at this and still trying to get a few things together.So please bare with me...This is our only catch up round.. I thought that would be fair to stars like you who have already done so well... then the others are scores out of 14.. However you do get to accumulate rounds.I'm trying to find something we can use as a trophy icon but have discovered i cant import or cut and paste anything.. aslo i read some where that we are only allowed one ticker .. so thats out, but i am thinking hard...

Anyway a big congrats on 17 days..... amazing.... something tells me you just may be the winner...ha ha ha ha ah ah....

Hey,

Im going to join in. Im going to get a new program written up next week i hope. My appointment with cohens clinic is next week tuesday. Till then im going to try and use my old one. Even though, it has not been doing the trick as it did previously. Though, my body has definitley change bio-chemically wise over the last 2-3 years. But no excuses, im going to get a new one and do it all over again!

Did you get a new program written up chelle? Was it different to your first one? Do you feel any different now that your on your new one?

Hi all,

Was any one out there deviation free until Nov 30th?

New round started Dec. 1st.

Lets not be discouraged..

Round 2, Today Day 5...

That makes me this morning, 4 days deviation free, this round....Fifty2drop ... Christmas is coming tooo....ARGHHH... We can do it...

Ps.. Had a bit of a learning curve yesterday...
Anyone else out there on their own programs , feel free to participate (non-cohenites).... At the end of the day we all want the same thing... To be the best we can be..
