Wii tips here

Hi all. well I decided to start a new Wii thread. Even though I wasn't going to weigh myself, I've created my own Wii profile thanks to decisionmaker! My weight is down 5kg in 10 days and it's afternoon and I've been drinking lots -so yippee! Lucky dm told me I could put a pin on my profile so the family won't all be gawking
It seems like fun so anyone with any Wii tips please post them here so we can all Wii together

well, if i ever get a chance to hop on the wii, i will be doing alright..ha ha ha.... at the mo i seem to be sharing it with half the kids in the street....we have only had ours since christmas... But its loads of fun... My eldest son looked like Mr bean cross with peter garrett doing the hula hoop game .... Anyway better bugger off just popping in to see whats new, as if i havent been here enough today.......

we got ours for Christmas too but I've managed to avoid it till today but now I'm pretty keen. Holidays soon over so you'll have yours back to yourself.

Love my Wii
I don't know what tips to give...besides just get on it and play Also, don't just use it as your only means of working out...do things for excercise outside of the Wii work-outs

ps. also, my DH thinks that just b/c he spent 30min on the Wii he got a workout...but he spent those 30min doing the BALANCING games!!! uhmmm yeah...NO dear. lol.

I donno... a few of those balances games for 30 min can be a work out!

It takes time to get everything unlocked...

But a GREAT workout is the following:

Quick 10:

Super Hula-Hoop 10 min Option

60min:
10 min Balance Games (warm up)
10 Min of Super Hula-Hoop
10 Min of Boxing
20 Min of Step (You can actually do it so you can watch TV and step to the beat of the remote...)
10 min of Balance games (cool down)

Az, thanks so much for your tips and programme to follow. I'll get into it slowly - it's really good as a tracker for now -loved your graphs. It must be sogood to be out of the red zone!
Took me ages to figure it out this morning but the Wii remote wasn't working as I was standing too close.
Can't wait to start experimenting more. Reckon I'll get Mum and Dad a wii for their 50th wedding anniversary to use on the very big new TV!! hehe.

ha ha ha.. well my wii fit asked my hubby how i was going and asked him to answer with some set responses... well he picked slimmer and then the wii said obviously my wii fit efforts were paying off.. ha ha ha..:0)
