I started my Cohen's eating plan today, so I'm a newbie. I was wondering if anyone knows if I can have eggs for lunch instead of breakfast? It's not listed in my meal 2 options. Is it possible to swap breakfast and lunch or can I just use my portion size amounts for eggs and veg at breakfast for lunch. I'd love any advice.

Rep Power: 13 | | eggs....:) Yes i believe you can, as long as you have one meal option only from 1,2 and 3 it doesnt matter which order you have them..

Its actually good to mix it up.
I ate 1 - 2 - 3 for 11 weeks and usually lost between 1.5 and 2.5lbs a week.
The week I ate 3 - 2 - 1 I lost 5.5 lbs and it was week 11! |
