To introduce myself i did cohens 2 years ago and have now put on approx 12kg i have now been thinking i will do cohens agaim my style .Well all the same foods etc but maybe more weights and incorporate exercise as i think this was my down fall.
I am curious what new things are allowed,do all new people get 3 fruit and more than 5 crackers?
Any one else out there taken my approach ?
I have a friend who has and still lost the weight again but not as quick.
I'm doing it again as best I can from my old plan, but not deliberately eating more. I do have more flavourings than I should. As I'm very busy I do sometimes have to choose from food I haven't prepared, or eat out, and I just stick as near as I can and eat what seems to be the right quantity.
I'm still overall losing pretty well.
I'm not doing any particular exercise - I was at the start, but in the busyness of my job I'm not doing a lot.

Hi Wannabslim22- I used my old program recently to lose 8kgs that I had put back on & lost them in about 6 weeks. It still varies a lot how many peices of fruit or number of crackers each person has. Try your program & see how you go. A lot of people buy new ones if they find their old ones don't work as well because of hormone changes. If like me it's a financial decision then it's worth a try using your old program, cheers, Cate.
