I'm not sure how you've done the ticker, but paste it into the main
body of the signature area, rather than the bit down the bottom where it looks like code should go.
Did you design it in tickerfactory.com? If you didn't, you may need to treat it as an attachment - a picture. If it's a tickerfactory.com one, then you definitely paste the string of bb text into the main big square of the signature panel, and not into the code section below.
Welcome, and hang tough during the first week. The first few days you'll probably find your
body increasingly objecting to the changed
diet etc, but if you get through 5 days, you'll be fine. After 2 weeks I find I'm starting to feel a lot better, and after 4 fantastic!
As the weight sheds, you start feeling great because your
body has less to carry around - the old tiredness from overweight lifts, mood elevates etc. It's great!
Get lots of rest the first week - don't overdo it, don't plan anything "big", and take food out with you everywhere you go. A few crackers and an apple in your bag will get you through most occasions until you can make a meal for yourself. Drink lots, and you'll soon see things start happening.
