Hello all, I was on Cohen's program till early this year when i went on refeed... I have decided to go back on the program as my weight kept going up... I would love to drop my weight by another 10KG so that i am able to go under 70kg.. i know this would be tough so i am in here looking for support.. Hope i can do it fast...Wish me luck....

I am not sure how much you know so here is a little info.. but remeber i am in WA so things might differ slightly...Once you have contacted a clinic or rep you have an info session, it is helpful. then if you still feel this program is for you, in WA it is $750.00 upfront or $350.00 upfront and then $500.00 divided over 6 months (approved applicants only) You have bloods $22.00 at pathology then Dr Cohens creates an eating plan for you...and only you... you follow this to the letter. The program consists of fresh fruit and vegetables, protiens and carbs. No special food to buy just regular healthy produce.. Yes it is very strict but once clothes start falling off you have all the incentive you need to stay committed.. you also have extra blood test (Wa $12.00) every 4 weeks to monitor your health and weight loss.... Cohens is healthy rapid weightloss program, it uses Human growth hormone in your own body to reduce your fat and tone and firm skin and muscle... once completed you have refeed which introduces the foods you were unable to eat during your program and then you have maintenance guidelines to help you keep your new slim and trim figure and never return to your old plump self...

i know this may seem a little steep but just as a price comparison......
My SIL and MIL both have attempted Jenny Craig. (last year) and will be returning to it this month ( sil had a bub).. I believe they outlayed about $800.00each for 3-4 year memebership but they also have to pay for their jenny craig food approx $110.00 a week, but this price doesnt include breads, dairy ,fresh fruit, veg, meats etc etc...and their regular shopping on top to boot.. plus a gym memebership to assist the program.

We have lots of people here from many places, so plenty here to offer assistance.. i hope this helps and sorry its a little long..

I must confess i had some awful take away last night before i commenced my new program.. It was really awful but will serve as a great reminder as to why i dont want to eat it.. its all in my head because it did not taste any good or feel any good in my tummy... ha ha ha...

So Babyegg tell us a bit about you.. what was your starting weight when you started cohens, nothing to personal just about your cohens journey and all that sort a stuff etc etc...

Hi Robin 1008, I have contacted my clinic to see if they may be able to forward some info regarding UK clinic or Long distance program.. Dr Cohen is based in America these days, so technically we are all on a long distance program... ha ha ha ..... I will post info as soon as i get it.. I should hear back today at some point.I am sure they will have some options for you......

My kids are at each others throats... so i am off for now.. pop in later..

Really excited at this second opportunity...

Weighed in at 74.4kg and the set goal weight is 57kg-60kg...

My own goal weight is 58kg...

On the 7th day of my new program...
