Bluegum - Wow shocked to hear the news, although its good to see you thinking of it in a positive light, i will keep you in my prayers! best of luck with the op PLEASE let us know how you go xx

Dreamer - good to hear from you! how are you travelling along on your program? and hey..if your busy at work that means youll have less time to think about deviating! now thats what i call catch 22! hehe

Losing/Sharonn - WOOO HOOO!!! congrats on hitting those fantastic fifties! i myself am looking forward to the day those scales read 'Slim Sixties' ooh yeh i can almost taste them ! hehe

Nonna - 12 in 5 weeks?! thats awesome! keep steaming along and youll be finished before you know it

Itsmytime - Fantastic stuff!! you should get yourself a ticker so we can all watch you shrink!

Jewls - i know what you mean about the head stuff! I too still see the big girl hiding behind her clothes. No matter how many times i have people tell me im looking better by the day - when i look in that mirror i think fatfatfatfatfatfatfatfatfat..we are always the most harshest on ourselves arent we?

Winnie - I too have become really confused and worried about the refeed - i actually spoke to my consultant about it and she said what she actually does is sit down with you one on one for about 45 mins and plan your weekly menu with you (its best that you bring previous cohens planned menus so you have something to go by) so that when you wake up you already have everything written down and dont need to calculate stuff. This took a HUGE load off my mind as i am a typical worrywart Speak to your consultant and see if she will do the same??

Well i KNEW why i was so hungry last week...i got my TOM today lol so im glad it was because of that and nothing else! although this means im going to be bloated, crampy and irritable this week and feel like a big fat and frumpy hippopotamus so just letting everyone know that ill probably have a rant sometime this week! I HATE BEING BLOATED my tummy sticks out and i look preggers! godamnit! and to make it worse ive got my first day of uni tomorrow so people are going to think im pregnant LOL hahaha

oh well aye at least this means ill probably have a good weight drop next week (even tho i only weigh 4 weekly so i dont even know) but this helps me get a good mindset!

Happy losing everyone!!

Caroline x

Hi All.

just catcihing up on a few pages. i too have been coming in most days to catch up but havent posted as i have been NAUGHTY. not terribly but tasting the kids rice as i cooked it, a couple of crisps, and i dont know why i am doing it. not to mention the diet coke that i justified by thinking if i dont have my coffee allowance, surely i can have a normal diet coke!! HELP why am i doing this. i know i have lost 7kg and am only 1.5 weeks till my first weigh in and i so want ot hit the 10kg mark.

anyhow. today is a new day and have been great. i have learnt that even a taste screams for you to have more. better off not even going there.

so good to see everyone travelling along so well. very proud of you all.

i do have a hens night on sat night and very committed to not drinking but we have dinner at a thai restaurant. cant take my own food. any suggestions on meals close to allowance??

keep up the great work. so proud of you all.

can someone tell me where i can see the before and after shots??

Lose on friends!!!

Tanya

GoodLuck Bluegum, what a horrible thing to happen. My thoughts are with you.

Well done to everyone else too. I also read alot and post a little as time is of the essence. I know it is for everyone.

I'm the one that said no Chai, I didn't ask why, just asked my consultant, she looked it up on her computer and said no. Please ask your own consultants, maybe mine got it wrong.

I'm starting to get comments from people about weightloss, they are all saying lovely things. I must say that although I can fit into clothes better and I can see where the weight has come off it doesn't show on a tape measure.Very wierd.Hey but I'm not complaining any loss is a good one.

Anyway keep up the good work everyone.

Hello BeeG

Don't despair - but the first thing you need to do is throw away the caramello koala - unwrap it first and wipe it on the inside of your bin - that way you won't be tempted to retrieve it later ... (which may be the case if in its wrapper!)

Would a piece of Extra chewing gum help - or a quick walk outside?

You'll be fine - picture the new you to help you focus ...

Kind regards

Taffy

Thanks,
I threw it in the public bin out side the office so now unless I want to look like a total pig I cant retrieve. I think it must be TOM feeling teary chewing my little heart away. I think I need to get up and move around abit.
Thanks Taffy...I knew someone would know to not let me eat it

well done beeG.....i'm proud of you!
I would have suggested just imagining how far you have already come and where you are heading...how amazing you are for caring for yourself so much and how much better you already feel and look. but you had already got rid of it .....hope your day gets better for you

I Fell off....

Hello All,

I have to admit that I fell off the wagon and it was a terrible fall... I hope i am not going to be reprimanded by all in here.. i am feeling bad enough... I am going back on the wagon today and I am sure I can... I am sure some of you would start to scold me.. i know its for my own good... Dun worry i am going to be back on the program today and going to lose the extra kgs that I gained over the last few days... Please give me some encouragement....

hey babyegg.

put it behind you. you have done it, beat yourself up and know where you should be. so smile and be excited that it only lasted as long as it did. could have been worse, at least you didnt abandon us all together. lol.

take care and focus on the home stretch. i am so envious that you are on that home stretch. the past is the past. it is today that we can change.

Lose on friend.
