Less of Me, I was skimming when I first looked at this thread and quite literally thought your photos were of two different people. You look fantastic.

And Melly P., my mate - you rock!! Before I scrolled down far enough to see Lohnicee's comments, I was already thinking the same thing about you. Your photos look like they are of two different people. You are looking so terrific too.

WOW you guys look amazing, it is such an inspiration for us newbies! Thanks for having the guts to post, hopefully one day I will be showing off such lovely "after shots"!!!

Thanks for the pictures. You look great. Hope I can put my pictures up some day. I was wondering if anybody had lost alot of weight. Thats Its helps so much to see people with the same problem as me.

Wow, thanks for all the kind comments everyone.. I was soooo unsure about posting them cos they are a little exposing!! and I really do feel like a different person, I feel like I am back!! I really hope it does inspire you guys to stick with it, this program is truly amazing! I still have a little way to go and I'm struggling at the moment but I will get there.
di78, skin is going ok, feels a little loose but it is shrinking back slowly, I feel really untoned and will probably head to the gym soon to fix that up.
isparkle50 - zero exercise so far, well maybe two goes on the treadmill but that's it, like I said I want to head back to the gym soon to tone up, but I know it will spike hunger so I'm not going to go crazy.

What a gorgeous girl you really are! Look at what that fat was hiding, a classic beauty in disguise!!

Losing weight is like watching a butterfly emerge from an ugly cocoon. When you have reached goal weight it will still take you a little while to look at yourself and realise what you have done. Never mind the loose skin and the bit of jelly belly, that will all firm up in time. Don't start rushing off to the gym and losing sight of the main game - the loss of the fat and the stabilisation of the weight.

Don't rock the boat. Sit quietly and keep paddling!

When you took that first photo I'll bet you had no idea of how you would look at the end. I had no idea for myself, no concept of the figure that was hidden within the mishapen body.

Michelangelo famously, on being asked why he wanted a particular piece of marble replied 'Because within this marble there is an Angel'.

Within you there was a beautiful woman - watching her emerge is bringing tears to my eyes.

My transformation to this point is not as great as yours but I'm still pretty pleased with the way I'm beginning to look. My skin still has a long way to go in the shrinking stakes and I seem to have lost a lot off my face so my neck looks a bit scraggy but hell.... who's complaining.
