Wow FatCat - you look fantastic in that 2nd photo. I don't know where the extra 20 kilos are going to come from - you must have really fat feet or something, cause the part we can see in the photo looks fab! LOL.
Hi Netski. Congratulations on getting to your goal weight - great effort. I do have concerns about you wanting to go an extra 6 kilos though. I have found the Cohen's goal weight for me, is a few kilos less than standard BMI tables etc. So to go UNDER the Cohen's range, for your height, makes me wonder. Have you got your clinic's or doctor's okay for that extra loss? Sorry if I'm overstepping the bounds here, but I would hate to be encouraging an eating disorder of a different kind.
Thankyou to all of you for you kind words.Even as a slimmer me i still struggle with image-THANKYOU
Pumpkin- I really appreciate your concern. I understand why it may seem excessive and unnecessary. I also do not think youoverstepped the line- i dont have a line. You can say and ask anything- thats how you learn! I guess in response, i dont actually really follow or trust BMI. I would like to compete pro in some cycle and endurance events and i really need to get my body fat percentage down. I spose when i say 6kg i really mean that i need to loose fat-if i build more muscle but lose fat and stay the same weight i will be happy but at the moment i need to trim the fat then bulk muscle-it is too hard to do both at once. I guess i am getting fussy . But better focus on health and fitness than food and fatness!

Well I am now under my Dr Cohen recommend weight of 90KG, and one look at my lumpy tubby tummy says that I still have some weight to lose before I truely to look slim/trim. However there is no doubt being 33KG less than 123KG is just great!
For a guy 187cm tall a weight of 76~92KG is considered normal, so at 90KG I am just at the upper end of normal, but clearly since there was no mass of athletic muscle waiting to be rediscovered I decided that 80KG would be a better goal, 10KG less than Dr Cohen recomendation is my goal and if my fat measuring scales are any guide I would be around 15% body fat at 80KG.

Hi,
Here are my latest before and during photos. I wasn't so happy with how this outfit looked - but having already had photos taken by my children in 5 different outfits, I thought I was just being vain!!
I'll update my ticker as well. With Christmas and my dad dying, it hasn't been a great weight loss month. But I'll be back into the swing of things soon enough!

Heavenly lamb what an amazing difference, your looking super de dooper. Congratulations.
I am sorry to hear about your dad, it's so hard losing the ones we love so dearly. I haven't lost a parent but have lost a close friend, he died at the age of 32 and it was so heartbreaking, so i do really feel for you. Great big massive hugs. take care.
