WOW-Netski, Lonnicee and HL you all look totally amazing! What a motivation for us newbies struggling along! The interesting thing is that in all photos it is not just the "bods" that look great, you all look significantly younger or "fresher" LOL! Good on you girls!

It goes to show that the food we are eating is medicine for the body for us to come out looking so slim and literally glowing with health and youthfulness. I think Cohen's is the exlixer of life. Sam

Thanks all for your kind words. I must say I've always had a waist, usually it is(was) hidden and overshadowed (literally) by the boobs. My bra size has gone down from an 18 E/F late Sept, when I bought a couple of new bras having been on the plan 4+ weeks and needing a little support , to 16DD. Very significant and I daresay once the skin firms up and the plan is finished that should decrease further . Having had a breast reduction in 2001, (an interesting way to lose 2kg ,) my husband wondered aloud the other day whether the pathology company might still have some of the breast tissue in storage. Somewhat unlikely I think.
Once I hit the 40kg loss mark there'll be more piccies.

I am new to this forum and am really enjoying everyones pics and motivating words!! I was told to try this out as I was struggling a bit since xmas and new year, I started in Oct 06 and have lost 25 kilos so far ( i feel great ) but have let myself down by giving into other foods!! Anyway I am back on track and looking through the forums is giving me more motivation to lose 27 more kilos. Love everyone who has put up their before and afters sooooo motivating I love it and u all look great Well done and great effort.

Well - the high 60's (67.8kgs) but the 60's no less!

I never imagined that I could get there and I am just so pleased!

I will try and find a before and I have just had a new one taken Thursday.

It took a photo for me to see how shocking I was and I am so pleased to see a photo that I look OK in!

In the before shot I was 89kgs, I lost nearly 10kg myself and then hit the wall at 82kg. Floundered around for 6 months or so and then found Cohen's - YEAH!
