Before And Afters!!

It would be soo great and inspiring and motivational to see some success stories in pictures?? Anyone agree??
I have a nice little collection coming along, but I need to lose some more before I post them.. They will be comming!

I have before photos, but they are scary.

I have one set of interims, maybe when I lose another 20 or so I'll take another interim, and maybe then I'll be brave enough to post the before's.

I promise, faithfully, to post the ones WITH clothes on, when I do.

The only befores I have aren't digital, however, I am definetely going to make sure I have afters. I have to get around to having a digital taken before I lose too much more.

A camera phone is what I normally use, they aren't the best most clearest photos, but you can certainly see the differnce! I will post some too soon!

HOLY CRACKERS! Those photos are AMAZING!!! I remember theone of you in front of the bookshelf, but those end ones are just mind blowing.

Thank you all for your comments...I feel fantastic and have sooooooooo much more energy these days. I am also looking forward to the summer heat for the first time in many years. It will be so wonderful to go swimming at the beach and not be worried that everyone is looking at me and wondering if they should give Greenpeace a call!

I started up this thread ages ago to help inspire people on their Cohen's journey. I still am around 10kgs off my goal but I thought I would post some before and during shots that may help others along the way. WARNING: these are in my bra and tracky dacks and bikini bottoms, sooo I'm sorry if it offends anyone!! And they are scary sights to behold!!! This is a seriously confronting thing to do!!! I am just so glad I have found out what was wrong with me that I could never lose weight and would keep piling it on - even with the most healthiest of diets!! Thank you Dr. Cohen and team!!
I started on the 25th September at 84.2kgs and am at on the 31st Dec 66.2kgs (18kgs) and I have lost around 76cm's. Anyone can do this!!! Bring on the loss of the last 10!!!
I hope this works!!

Hi all

Less of me I remember you from the old thread your photo's blew me away then aswell as now you are unrecognizable. How do you feel about the change?

Mellyp you are so brave and have achieved amazing results I have my weigh in next week when the clinic reopens I'm not sure i can be as brave as you two in sending photo's but maybe as I lose more............I will see.
