Just wondering if anyone else suffers from nausea while on the program and if so, what you do to alleviate it. I snacked on crackers this arvo which helped a bit, but now it's back in full force and I've still got 2 hours til meal time. This is third day straight I have arvo nausea... and no I'm not pregnant lol

Hi I choose life- I suffered thed same thing! instead of 3 o clock hunger it was 3 o clock nausea. I still sometimes get it. This is because toxins store in your fat cells and when fat gets broken up they leak into your body. Make sure you drink heaps and heaps of water to flush them out. I found green tea and sipping cold water helped and also citris fruit like oranges can help. Also don't go too heavy on condiments like garlic and curry powder, I find that it aggrevates it. Also don't eat strong smelling foods like tuna and balsamic for a few days.

Thanks Bec.... glad I'm not alone. I drink 4 Litres of water a day and I'm an Earl grey tea girl so might try a cup of that in a minute. Not into tuna or seafood and no balsamic here either. Not big on the condiments either, herbs are my big thing which I'm grateful I have them on Cohens.
