Just wondering how many people use those ketosis sticks? I haven't but am curisous to find out how much they cost and how effective are they?

I used ketostix when i followed the Atkins diet, but arent using them anymore. Basically they just tell you if your body is in ketosis or "fat burning mode", i didnt find them a great indicator of how i was going, because the colour changes depending on how much water you drunk during the day (obviously ). I just found them more of a motivator sometimes when they said i was in "strongly" in ketosis aka the stick went dark purple - so i guess its more psychological?

I got them over the net through mail order and they cost about $50? for about...100 sticks? maybe...ill have to check. I think you can get them at chemists, but i dont think they are a common product across all chemists.

In the States they are very common in the pharmacy department of any chain drug store or Walmart, etc. After the big Atkins frenzy, they became very available everywhere and cheaper. Ebay is another source. But, are the Ketone stickks an indicator on this diet?????
