Just wondering do you stick to the Cohen's program 100% that's NO deviations at all, no extra herbs, no 5 grams of anything else in anything you cook, complete and uttter 100% Cohens.
OR
Are you 95% Cohens in that you stick to the Cohen's program but add a few little extra's in like say 5 grams of vegemite in your spaghetti, or take a teaspoon of bbq sauce to spice up your pizza, have two apricots instead of one when making apricot chicken.. those sorts of one small deviation every few days or so.
OR
ANd please be honest

I"m finding I just can't eat without some 'luxuries' ie bbq sauce... the ingredients for that aren't that far off low fat mayo that we're allowed, so I allow myself 1tbspn of that a day, and have found at times one apricot just wont' make a decent apricot chicken so I use two apricots, even tho I've had an apple earlier in the day. These are what I call 'minor' deviations, and thus far haven't impinged on my weight loss nor cm loss, but was just wondering what others might do.
I have about 3 flat whites per week...
1 good pig out per fortnight (just 1 meal though)...
I have about 2 cups of tea with milk per day...
If feeling lethargic, I will have an extra apple...
I have Giardini's caesar dressing on my cabbage instead of mayo...yum...
