Newbie with a question

Hi Everyone,

My name is Irene and I've been on the Cohen's Lifestyle program for a week today. I have 20kgs to lose. I haven't weighed myself yet so don't know how much weight I lost in the last week.

My question is- does one salada biscuit count as 1 cracker or 2? I was told one sandwich size vita weat counted as 2 but nothing else was mentioned about the salada.

Thanks,

Irene

Hi Lonniecee,

Thanks for answering my question so quickly. Unfortunately I have been counting the sandwich size salada as 1 cracker Hope I haven't done too much damage to my weight loss.

Cracker Count

The Personald Guide states that the number of crackers you are allowed are based on a 5.85 gram cracker....so whatever crackers you use...weight them. I like the crackers that 2 or 3 equal One...I like volume & quantity

Well after a chat with my consultant she says one salada biscuit is 2 crackers and I didn't even notice salmon wasn't allowed on my plan either I can't believe I've screwed up so much in my 1st week.

To anyone about to start Cohen's, my advice to you is read your plan thoroughly and then read it again.

isparkle50 you'll be fine... you have done a great thing by starting, your body is already in the process of changing for the better from the major changes you have made this week, and the cracker and salmon issues will barely register on the richter scale that is weight loss for you.

So at end of week 1 weigh and measure yourself to see just what you DID accomplish.

GO YOU xxoo
