Reached Goal - have a question!

I reached goal today, actually a little under. My Goal was 58kgs, came in at 57.6kgs, so I'm starting my re-feed tomorrow.

In the plan it says that if you put more than a kilo on to go back to days in the re-feed plan. Did anyone find that they did put a kilo or more on and have to go back the two days, and if so did it do the trick in bringing the weight back down to your goal or did you just maintain the extra kilo (hope that question makes sense!)

Thanks

Hi Fitby40

Congratulations on reaching your goal weight!

I had to 'go back' once on the refeeding which was interesting but not a problem.

From memory, that was the 'bread day'.

Overall, I dropped another 1.5 kilos during refeeding, but have stabilised at 60 kilos for five months.

I do find that bread can affect my weight so I keep an eye on bread consumption, but otherwise can generally eat what I like without any weight variation.

Good luck and enjoy refeed!

Cheers

Chelsea

Thanks Chelsea. I hope I do as well as you have - I'd be quite happy to stabalise at 60kgs. I'm really looking forward to starting the re-feed - especially as I'm exercising a lot more these days, I think my bodies ready for a few extra bites to eat .
