I have a young friend who is very concerned at his Mother's obesity.
Mum 'agrees' that she needs to lose weight - she is 163cm tall and weighs 90kilos - but anyone she knows who has done other programs (Weight Watchers,
Jenny Craig) just puts the weight back on quickly after finishing the program
Her Son has followed my Somersoft Diary

Mum speaks limited English as her native language is Turkish.
So - does anyone on the program now speak, read or write Turkish, or do you know anyone who has successfully completed the program and who would perhaps be interested in supporting Mum if she joins the program? My friend is very supportive, which is great, but obviously someone who has done the program themselves would be a real asset!
Equally obviously, the person does not have to be in Melbourne or even in Australia - even someone in Turkey would be great as Mum can correspond using email (once her Son shows her how to do this)
