The contest starts January 29th and you have until February 6th, 2008 to start posting your pics and dimensions.
Your initial post should include:
1. Your before pictures (with something dated – like a newspaper showing the date in the pic)
2. Your Measurements (waist, chest, hips, stomach, arm, and legs)
3. Your Goal(s) in Mind

The Contest weigh ins will continue on this post only for everyone that enters. Also note, this is not just about losing weight, even though this is a weight loss forum. It's a "body transformation" ... if your goal is to tone up, bulk up, etc, you are still eligible to win.

Jeremy-so what I only have about 15 as of this morning but that is when you can really see the biggest difference in my opinion with loosing the least because I can get pretty firm and toned which will be a big change. You being a guy and only having 35lbs I would think you could make a HUGE transformation if you were to loose about 2lbs a week you would pretty much be at your goal! Jump in I bet you will win!!!! --wait I want to win he he he he

i drop about 4 lbs a week....
the difference wouldnt be as good as my 386 - 215 pics.. lol

what should be worn in the before pics ie tight clothes bathing suit etc and does it have to include face? Also does it matter if what day pics are taken as long as it is between teh 22-29th?
where what you are comfortable in... or will show off the changes but the before and after should be wearing the same ensemble...

rest assured there will be NO naked pics here LOL, but I am considering a bathing suit for maximum observable difference since most of mine is in the upper legs thigs butt area it would be harder to tell in clothes.

Yes you can wear what you like - but it has to be the same outfit before and after. Preferably it would be easier to see a change with tighter clothing, but it is what you feel comfortable in.
Take the photo within the sign up week - probably the 28th, or even the day it starts 29th if you want to be exact
Also this is not a competition about who can lose the most weight - it is more geared towards a goal you have in mind, whether it be the last 15 pounds or gaining muscle, or losing a lot. It is your choice!
