I started one of these contests at work. We had 27 participants, I came in 3rd with a 29 lb (13.23%) weight loss. The winner lost 40 lbs (17.08%), he did great and also won $618. We are starting another one May 6th, hopefully I can lose another 20-30 lbs.

um, ya it is a scam..you can loose weight w/o buying one of these "kits". Also, its is spam b/c you are leaving a link to a site thats asking for money.
The other posts in this category do as well, I checked before i posted...And the fee is for my time putting all the material together. The hardest part I had when I started one myself was finding materials. I spent weeks putting everything together and I would have paid to have all the stuff right there on hand. Of course people can do it themselves, but some people don't want to. My opinion. *shrug*
well, its spam. You are not allowed to post links at all really. Some long established members we allow given that its not for personal or financial gain. If you see others leaving links or asking to purchase anything...notify us mods, we'll take care of it. Theres thousands of members on the forum and only 4 mods, so we rely on members to report spam.
