I've lost 120 lbs now (111 lbs between the pictures) and my friends and family are encouraging me to stop.  They are convience that I am getting to skinny, which according to my bmi I am not.  I'm 5'6 and 1/2 (169 cm) tall and currently weigh 176 pounds.  My goal weight is 130 pounds.

The Pictures I was 193-168  I can feel like it is finally starting to show some.  I took these side by side pictures and I don't know if I just picked the wrong clothes to do my before and afters in but I can't tell that good in my pictures.  I figured that I would take one tonight since it has been a while. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div><font size="3"><i>Hello...my name is Jamie and I have been on this board now for awhile on and off...now I am back and hoping to stick with my 'healthy eating' plan.  I don't want to say diet because when I 'diet' I just end up pigging out and messing my progress all up.  I am alot bigger then I look like in my 'profile photos' and really want to get back into my size 9 clothes! I wear a 14-16 right now...sometimes i can fit into a 12, it all depends on the clothing.  But my main problem is that I have been really big [size 22-24] before and thin [size 7-8] before...and now that I am getting bigger it's really discouraging because I have been thinner and  never appreciated it nor took the time to get to 'know' the thinner me.  I got to the size 7-8 when I was with my now ex boyfriend and that lasted a few months...then after I had my daughter 2 years ago I got into a size 9 and now within the last year I am now a size 14-16 :( I am not too depressed...but I am lonely so I eat to fill the void only to feel worse in the end.  I dunno...I have probably attempted to 'diet' going on 1,000 times...it's pretty much everyother day I 'start over'!! How can I once and for all stick to it and not 'fall off the wagon'????? My weight loss journey actually started in April, so it's been about 7 months. My highest recorded weight was 281lbs and my current weight is around the 205 mark (between 201 and 208, unfortunately ladies gain insane amounts of random weight around certain times of the month :rolleyes:).<br />
<br />
So, my 'after' is actually more of an 'inbetween' as I am aiming for 145lbs. I'm 5'8 by the way! So, this is my 'start' with the forum and I hope to be very active and support everyone to their goals!<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>Hey everyone! Just wanted to post some pictures of me when I first started trying to lose weight when I realized I was an unhealthy 173lbs. I may have been even heavier at the time the pictures of me in a yellow shirt were taken, maybe 178? Ugh! I HATE these pictures of me! I took the new ones yesterday morning (me wearing a black cardigan), weighing about 156lbs. I still have a ways to go, but I haven't lost my motivation yet, and I don't plan to stop until I reach my goal of at least 130. I weighed 130 in high school but still had some extra flab since I have a pretty small frame and had no toning. I'm hoping when I get down to 130 again I will look a little better than I did back in high school with some weight training and exercise under my belt. Anyway, let me know what you guys think!</div>

I'm 18 years old and and most of my life Id been overweight I couldnt remember the last time I was under 230pds. I was having an extremely long day, hadn't had time to eat lunch due to travelling here and there for a work project and was hearing the call of a drive thru. In my search for a McD's, (I was in an unfamilar town) I was stopped by a bus slamming on it's brakes in front of me. I looked up as we were about to go under a lightrail bridge with a sign on it. The way the bus was blocking the sign it said &quot;You can....do it&quot;. I don't know what the whole sign says, but that was enough to keep me out of the drive thru :driving:... I weighed myself this morning and I'm 5lbs down.</div>
