Rep Power: 0 | | | Why no "Hometown" forum section? Weight loss is a perfect reason for people to meet up and exercise together, go out for healthy meals at restaurants, get together for healthy dinner parties etc... This place should have subsections for major cities where people could link up for these kinds of things. |

Try that if you'd like. |

If the board was active, newbies would probably immediately post in their hometown forum as well as the newbie section upon arrival to the site. And people who are searching the web for forums about weight loss or exercise groups in their hometown may stumble on the site. |

become active in the community and you might find what you're looking for but the member base is fairly spread out.... |

Rep Power: 87 | | | Yea, I have to agree Mal, the forum is just too big for there to be enough people living close enough together to make it worth it. I know there are a couple of people from Ohio (where I'm from) but even though we are in the same state, we are too far apart to have much to talk about. | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
