Hi there
I have looked for info on this, but not found what I need. For some reason it seems I am "subscribed" to various journals that I have left comments in. This means I get TONNES of e-mail notifications whenever anyone updates! It is driving me crazy (okay, that may be more of a short putt than a drive =P).

I am not an overly technical person, so please give me *simple* instructions...

Luckily I've been to many forums in the past and learned quickly how to shut off subscriptions...lol

Go to UserCP (topish of this page in the blue bar- far left)

In left column you will see "Edit Options" click on that

Scroll down that page... in the second box you'll see your subscription options>>>>Default Thread Subscription Mode<<<<... change your choice to unsub.

Don't forget to save.
