Profile Picture Problems

I'm not sure if this is in the right area of the forum so sorry if it isnt!

I cant get my profile pic to appear beside my username. Am i being really stupid and completely missing a very simple thing??!! I have changed the edit profile pic a number of times but it still wont show up and its starting to annoy me now!

Any advice would be great thanx
