I was just sitting here reading through the messages and found it very ironic that on a forum with such darned good advice we have banner ads for weight loss patches and programs and such.
The one I'm looking at now says "How i lost 44 lbs fast! read how i lost 44 pounds in just 3 months with no dieting!"

the ads are what make money for the forum to keep the forum free...
In mal's world of fantasy where everyone does what she tells them to - there'd be some editing of ads and there'd be less idiotic ads and more ads that do some good. |

her starting weight was 185lbs it looks like- her writing style is so atrocious I'm having trouble understanding...
and it wasn't a pill- it was some elixor that you put into a bottle of water and drink all day long... but she got a free gas card for trying it |
