In the last 12 hours, I have seen 3 people posting links in their first posts (i.e. Promo/Spam)
Please Please Please make a rule where you cannot plug ANY site until you reach like 20 posts or something.
And please try warn/ban these spammers. They post nothing else and its annoying!  |

We do have a no spamming rule and you are to agree to it before signing up for the site. People who are spamming don't care, they just try to get away with it. As a rule,no one really is allowed to post links unless its big popular sites like ebay or sparkpeople, you know? |

I trust that's okay? They aren't for crash diets or anything dangerous. |
