Is there no way to put your sex in your profile?
Or on the Weigh-Loss table? Maybe there is a vBulletin add-on?
It'll just make things better, I've been called female twice in my diary and its pretty annoying  (Hehe)

Maybe the best thing would be a little symbol that appears on each of your posts with your join date etc? (Only if you want to disclose your gender) I have seen this on other forums and it makes life much easier.
