I read your post and I just want to say don't give up now, you can do itI know everyone want to lose the weight overnight but you must remember you didn't put the weight on overnight and it takes some time to lose it. Just think in baby steps small goals and when you achieve the goal you feel good about yourself and what you have accomplished.
I can and will help you if you let me!!!! Give it another shot and you will be very pleased you did. I have a program that is proven to work and you will keep the weight off.
It's very hard to be overweight and it's hard to lose it, but you must ask yourself what is harder, being overweight or doing what it takes to win the battle. I say it's harder to be overweight.
