For whatever reason im subscribed to 74 threads atm... I have Gmail so its no worries on how many emails im getting... but can anyone tell me how to stop subscribing to these bijilion threads

Click UserCP top left
Click on New Subscribed Threads
From there you can see the ones subscribed to, click the box on the right of the ones you DONT want, then near the bottom there is a drop down that says 'Move to folder...', click the drop down and change it to say 'Delete Subscription' or 'No Email notification' then click the Go button.

You can change it so that some give emails and some dont. and under 'Edit Options' on the left hand menu you can set if you want emails on future subscriptions.
