I was typing out a lengthy post, and in the midst of it, I was logged out, I guess for inactivity. It seems as if I immediately get loggedout if I'm inactive for more than 5 minutes. Is there any way to fix that? I must log in about 15 times a day.

My browser is automatically set to accept cookies from sites.

are you checking the remember me button when you login?

Does the remember me button make my login time prolonged? I don't like my password being remembered, really, unless it keeps me logged in for more than 5 minutes.

the remember me button should be what keeps you logged in - when you're done you can hit the log out button and you're free

I have this problem too and I have mine set to 'remember me' mode.

Any help would be great. It's frustrating having to sign in after a couple of minutes of inactivity and I'm not very computer literate so there may be a simple solution I'm missing

Mine only logs me off if I don't check the little box that says "remember me." When I check the box, which I always try to remember, I stayed logged on until I click log out or close the browser.

During the times I have been logged out after typing a post, I simply hit the back button on the browser until I see the post I was typing, copy & paste the info and log in again making sure the check the little box.

Not sure if this will help anyone, but it works for me.
