Hi thx for the invite guys

Oisin here and i live in Dublin ireland. Been over weight all my live. About 5 years ago i set the date for my wedding and decided to do something about it. I weighed myself for the first time in years and was 282 pounds:F
Through trial and error and hard hard work and healthy eating i got down to 215 for my wedding. . I went up and down for aboput a year and then i gave up the exercise and healthy eating. Looking back now there was no valid reason for this but as you all know no reason is needed to pile weight back on and to get into a rut. It was last october i saw a picture of myself and realised i was back to square 1 again. I weighed myself for the first time in about 3 years and i was 269. The rest is history as they say, i had the knowledge from my first weight loss experience and was just hoping the will power was still there. I set myself a goal of 196 pounds, that was 19 pounds lower than i had gone the first time.
