Since it's the summer, I have lots of free time, so I try to work out twice a day. I run daily, and I alternate indoors (treadmill) with outdoors (7K loop around my neighbourhood). I've been trying to do a thirty minute 5K on the treadmill for ages, but I still have a lot of work to do to get there. Then I do this workout DVD.... haha, yes I'm a loser. It's sort of a circuit training DVD, with lots of strength, a little cardio, and ab work. All in all I burn around 400 cal a day.
Any tips for execises that really work, etc, anyone?
