My name is Jin and I am 5'2 and 120 pounds with a healthy bmi of 22.
However, I would like to learn how to maintain long term healthy lifestyle.
A lot of my friends are into fad diets and it is so easy to get influenced by them.
My goal currently is to increase muscle mass and decrease fat. I exercise five times a week but I am thinking of doing some more disciplined weights.
