okay, currently i'm on week 7 of exercising, i'd say i'm averaging 4 times a week at the gym and still trying to push it up to 5 times a week (i've been saying this forever!).
currently my workout consists of 90min cardio and some free weights. i break the cardio into two 45min sessions, so i usually do one session treadmill and the other session an aerobics class. OR two treadmill sessions OR two aerobic sessions, basically so long as it adds up to 90mins cardio or sometimes more.
typical session:
-45min treadmill (on steep incline of 15.0 but at slow walking speed)
-free weights
-45min aerobics class (either combat, aerobics or step-aerobics).
