wow, that's really tough, aimee. If there hasn't been a change in your weight when you want, it could be that you need to change something. You could try counting calories. Look at how much calories you're burning off and eating. You might find that you're taking in and burning off the amount of calories that keep your weight where it IS. Most people's bodies work in a way where they KEEP the weight they gain because of your body's natural maintenence system. If we always lost all the extra weight we gained, we would be in trouble when we got sick and couldn't eat or had to go without food. It's how the eskimos keep warm.

That's why when you try to lose weight, you have to lessen calorie intake by 10-20%. If you don't want to count calories, just writing down your activity and what you eat can help you really get everything into perspective. Then you really know what to change, i.e. I should exercise more regularily in the morning or I should eat more fruit and veggies, or whatever.
