continuationI then go and do 20 mins on the coss-trainer then 20 mins on the stepper. I really enjoy the feeling of movement and making my body burn. I feel so alive and grounded. I think because I live with depression when I'm not exercising I can feel very disconnected to the world and shut out from everything around me. Exercise gives me the feeling of being more able to deal with stuff in general.
My number one exercise of all time has to be swimming - absaloutly adore it. The pain in the butt is I have bouts of sciatica and swimming tends to trigger it. I don't swim much anymore but yeah, I still yearn to have my own swimming pool! I'd be interested to know about your ab and butt routine.
