So is it cool if i start doing weights training and stuff ? I dont want lean muscle if you mean like toned :P. I dont use calories though so if i did start would i have to?
Oi I have a question (= Alright so because my main goal is bulking up after i lose weight well thats what it was I was talking to one of my mates hes pretty fit and is doing muscel training ect ad he said if you want to get big muscells that you should have fat or something. Is this true cause then i will probably start weight training 3 times at gym and the other 1-2 cardio. :P
