- I'm 36 years old. I've been involved in the fitness game for 20 years now. I stay fit not only for my job (I'm in the Navy), but for my family, and so I can grow old gracefully.
- Interests
- I love to travel with my family. I also enjoy reading. I'm an avid snowboarder, and mountain biker. I also love weight training both with conventional weights, and with kettlebells. I'm also into martial arts (muay thai, jiu jitsu, lately Krav Maga).
