- Married, two boys (14,17),2 cats. I started the cohen diet on november 6. I see it as a gift to myself on my 46th birtday (11-8) I need to loose 25 kilo's. I'm 1.58m and started at 86.6 kilo (lost 3,6 in 6 days now!)

- I like to read, garden, paint, and alot more but I don't have much time for those things

- I have a practice as a naturopath and massagetherapist and I work a few hours in the public library
