- I'm 25, 5'4", and have 2 daughters, ages 2 and 1. My highest weight was 216 while pregnant, 193 when not pregnant, and I'm currently about 150. I'm focusing more on fitness than losing weight, but I would like to lose between 5 and 15 lbs.
