    Hi SueK24--
    I see that you follow the Zone with fabulous results and I could use some encouragement.
    I just joined and posted to the newbie board. I've sworn by the Zone in the past and am trying it again (10 years and 40 pounds later) but at day 8 and perfect adherence I've gained a pound and a half. Big disappointment on my weekly weigh-in day.
