Hi i lost 6 kg in 3 weeks and i feel great!
Im not on diet i just eat little food every 3 hrs to keep me going and not feel hungry!
I dont eat bread and potatos or pasta.
Just soft food like rissoto or soups.
I drink only water or apple juice
weggie and fruits so just good food!
And i hope i will keep going like that for rest of my life! But i love pizza and crisps and i did try that one day!
I paid havy price for that!!!
And i realy try not to eat after 6pm.
