I am new here! Very informative site. I am a mother of 3 and reside in Virginia Beach. I am not new to the
weight loss thing, it has been a BIG struggle all of my life. I am not big on exercising, however I do walk a few days per week. I wanted to share my story in hopes it can help or inspire all of you.
I have recently lost about 45lbs over the past several months. It was not that hard to be quite honest with you. I never had lost even 5lbs on all of my adventures with "dieting". I enjoy eating and I still do. The one and only thing I have done is get on a meal replacement program. I take a meal replacement shake 30 minutes before my meals. So I still eat, but not as much! I was introduced to the meal replacement from a nutirionist who spent some time educating me on "the proper meal replacement" . I was educated on the nutritional values of the shakes and the rest is quite simple to follow. Below you can see my results for the past few months. I have a few more lb's to go, but I am heading in the right direction. If anyone would like the website with all of the info on the "meal replacement" program please message me.
